Loom and leaf mattress complaints8/10/2023 ![]() ![]() We evaluated the mattresses in this guide with these differences in mind to find the best mattress for side sleepers. While we have recommendations for all types of sleepers in our guide to the best mattress, a side sleeper's comfort and support needs tend to be drastically different from stomach and back sleepers. However, if you are looking for an innerspring, I would definitely recommend Saatva as they are part of the same great customer service company.According to a survey by the Better Sleep Council, 66% of Americans sleep on their side. I sadly didn't realize they were the same company until after I purchased another innerspring mattress. Definitely a most impressive company and a quality memory foam mattress.Īs an addendum, I realized that Loom and Leaf is the same company as You cannot beat their customer service and price point. It was just as comfortable as my much more expensive memory foam mattresses in the past. In the end, I still highly recommend for anyone shopping for a memory foam bed. They hadn't even picked up the bed and my account was credited back. But sadly I had to call for a refund and within days they had credited my account the full refund minus delivery charges which is perfectly acceptable. My wife loved this mattress and begged me not to return it. which is why I called them for a refund). (In the past I had really enjoyed memory foams and my back was better on foam, but my current back problem seemed to be responding better to traditional innerspring. After trying the Loom and Leaf for a month, I decided that memory foam was not going to work for my back issues anymore and that I needed to go back to a spring mattress. Turned out to be just as comfortable as the memory foams I had slept on in the past and slept even cooler, but for a fraction of the price. I was a little skeptical about buying a mattress without first testing it, but they did offer a very generous return policy so I decided to buy it. I was in the market for a new memory foam mattress and found loom and leaf. I have slept on tempurpedic beds for years ranging from the rhapsody to their top of the line Grand. I've heard Saatva removes negative reviews from their website. Ask anyone after they've had it for a couple years what do they think. They have great customer service and good marketing which is why you see good reviews. I have never spent so much money on a poor quality item. The Loom & Leaf also has small tears in the lop layer of fabric. ![]() It had a couple marks on the cover from moving but perfect condition otherwise. No sinking or any damage to my previous memory foam mattress. My first from Bedinabox I had for almost 10 years and the only reason I bought a new one was I was "told" that I should. I'm not an expert in mattress manufacturing but I think the soft top layer is too thick and the high density memory foam doesn't offer support because of this. I purchased the relaxed firm and after 17 months my hips are hurting as well as my side. I contacted them about the stain and they offered to replace but I chose to try to remove the stain which I was able to. It arrived with a stain and a lot of loose threads. Great customer service but poor quality mattress. ![]()
